2. Which categories of cookies do we use?

2.1 Technical cookies (always active)

• Functional / session cookies: enable site navigation and use (e.g., language preference).

• Consent-management cookies (CMP): record the user’s cookie choices.

• Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Ltd.): stores no cookies but loads third-party tags.
  Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6 §1 f GDPR). Consent not required.

2.2 Analytics cookies

• Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) with IP anonymisation and aggregated statistics.
  Legal basis: legitimate interest; treated as technical per CNIL/EDPB guidance.

2.3 Marketing and profiling cookies (placed only with explicit consent)

• Google Ads / Google AdWords – remarketing & conversion tracking (max 90 days) – https://policies.google.com/privacy

• DoubleClick – display-ad optimisation (max 540 days) – same Google policy link

• Meta Pixel – remarketing & audience insight (max 90 days) – https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy

• TikTok Pixel – ad campaigns & analytics (max 13 months) – https://www.tiktok.com/legal/page/global/tiktok-website-cookies-policy/en

• X Pixel – measurement & remarketing on X (ex Twitter) (max 90 days) – https://x.com/it/privacy

• Mailchimp (Intuit Inc., USA) – stores newsletter opt-in status (max 12 months) – “Unsubscribe” link in each email – https://mailchimp.com/legal/

Legal basis: user consent (Art. 6 §1 a GDPR). Consent can be withdrawn at any time via the Preference Centre or individual opt-out links.

3. How to give or withdraw consent

• Initial banner: lets you “Accept all”, “Reject”, or customise categories.

• Preference Centre (CMP): “Cookie settings” link on every page to change choices at any time.
  Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

4. Cookie management via browser

Users may disable or delete cookies via their browser settings (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari). Disabling technical cookies may impair site functionality.

5. Extra-EEA data transfers

Google, Meta, TikTok, X and Mailchimp cookies may involve transfers to the USA or Singapore. Transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses with additional safeguards or on the user’s explicit consent (Art. 49 §1 a GDPR).
