La struttura è all'interno di una Ztl denominata S.Angelo. In prossimità della Ztl ci sono 2 parcheggi all'aperto a pagamento e un garage privato a pagamento custodito giorno e notte. La ztl si attraversa comodamente a piedi ma e' anche servita da golf car elettriche a pagamento per persone e bagagli con tariffe determinate dal comune di Serrara Fontana.
